IA.  Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from  26/2100Z
to 27/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low.  No flares were observed
during the past 24 hours.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be very
low.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 26/2100Z to 27/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was quiet.
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  The geomagnetic field is
expected to be quiet with isolated periods of unsettled conditions
for days one and two (28-29 April) due to possible effects from a
coronal hole high speed stream.  Predominantly quiet levels are
expected for day three (30 April).
