B.  Proton Events:  The greater than 10 MeV proton flux that exceeded
the S2 (Moderate)
levels at 27/0835 UTC, reached a peak of 364 pfu
at 28/1350 UTC, ended
at 29/1510 UTC. Levels are currently above
the S1 (Minor) threshold.
C.  Geomagnetic Activity Summary:  The geomagnetic field was quiet to
active.
